摘　　要：应用德尔菲法,通过专家咨询方式,探索建立综合评价某一地区食品安全状况综合指标——食品安全指数(Food Safety Index,FSI),并用2005年和2006年的相关数据对建立的指数模型进行初步验证。Applying Delphi method with expert consultant, this paper explored food safety index as a comprehensive indicator for assessing food safety status. It had been applied related data in the years of 2005 and 2006 to test their appropriateness with this food safety index model.
