摘　　要：介绍了大豆蛋白及大豆蛋白膜的成膜方法(包括干法、湿法、表面成膜法等),全面综述了大豆蛋白膜的国内外研究进展,运用各种物理手段和化学添加剂来改善膜的各种性能,满足不同的使用要求。Introduced the soy protein and soybean sclera＇s film the method （including dry process, aqueous method, surface becomes membrane method and so on）, summarized the soybean sclera domestic and foreign research development comprehensively, utilizes each physical method and the chemical additive improves the membrane each performance, satisfies the different operation requirements.
