摘 要:[目的]了解自贡市居民食用盐的现状,为碘缺乏病防治提供科学依据。[方法]按国标《制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定》(GB/T13025.7—1999)中仲裁法,对自贡市居民食用盐进行碘盐检测。[结果]自贡市居民户食用碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率,2003年分别为62.70%、58.80%,2004年分别为83.68%、68.11%,2005年以后均维持在90%以上,差异有统计学意义。[结论]该市2005年后合格碘盐食用率、碘盐覆盖率均达到国家基本消除碘缺乏病标准。[Objective] To investigate the status of iodized salt among residents in Zigong, so as to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling iodine deficiency disease (IDD). [Methods] The edible iodized salt was detected by the international arbitration - 'Salt Industrial Universal Method of Iodide Determination' (GB/T13025.7-1999). [ Results] The coverage rate of iodized salt and edible rate of qualified iodized salt among residents of Zigong were 58.80% and 62.70% in 2003, respectively, and 68.11% and 83.68% in 2004, respectively, but they were above 90% after 2005. The increasing trend for the three years had significant difference (values of x^2 were 1 123.347 and 899.188, respectively, P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The edible rate of qualified iodized salt and coverage rate of iodized salt after 2005 have reached the national standard of The Elimination of Iodine Deficiency Disorders.
