摘　　要：以现有的语用失误分类理论为依据,以人类文化学中的对比分析等研究方法,通过对说明书的汉英版本进行比较,从心理范畴进行话语分析,剖析了语用失误的种种表现及根源,并对如何避免出现语用失误提出了相应措施。With the theory of classification of pragmatic error as the grounds, this paper adopts the contrastive analysis method of anthropological culture to analyse the pragmatic errors and their causes by comparing the Chinese - English versions of instructions and making discourse analysis from the perspective of psychology and puts forward the corresponding measures to avoid the pragmatic errors.
