摘　　要：组织实施质量工程是一项复杂的系统工作,涉及到诸多因素。从建设、改革、常规管理三个方面提出了具体举措。专业、课程、教材、实验室、教学团队等五项建设要着重处理好重点与一般、硬件与软件、评估与日常建设等三种关系,教学改革要以产学研结合为切入点,常规管理要贯彻从严治校方针,重点抓好教学环节质量标准、反馈控制制度、考试与学籍管理等三方面制度的落实。To organize and implement the quality project is one of sophisticated systematic tasks, and it is related with many aspects. This paper provides concrete measures for the project from the three aspects-construction, reform and routine management. In the process of constructing specialties, courses, textbooks, laboratories and teaching groups, the following three relations should be well dealt with：the relation between key and common items＇ construction, the relation between infrastructure and regulations＇ construction, the relation between teaching assessment and daily management. The teaching reform should be performed on the base of combination of production, teaching and research. For the routine management, it is important to carry out the policy of running school by employing strict regulati pecially to fulfill the regulations in the aspects of teaching-process quality standards, feedback regulations ,and students＇exams and other performances management. ons, escontrol
