摘　　要：从更新教育思想与教育观念、改进教学管理模式、优化教学内容、改革课程体系、改进教学方法、创新教学手段、提高实验教学技术水平、完善学生学习成绩评价体系等方面对机能实验学教学改革进行了深入的探索与实践，并从中体会到体制改革是实验教学改革的关键，提高全体老师对实验教学改革的认识是改革成功的前提条件，健全实验教学的机构，是实验教学工作正常开展的有效保证，同时必须提高实验室人员的积极性和素质，明确目标，合理规划，加强管理，提高实验室使用效益。Creative teaching reform in function experiment teaching has been explored in the following aspects： renewing educational thoughts and conceptions, improving mode of teaching management, optimizing teaching content, reforming curriculum, improving method and means of teaching, upgrading technical level of experiment teaching, and perfecting students＇ performance evaluation system. We have realized that reforming the system is the key to reforming function experiment teaching, improving teachers＇ understanding of the reform is the precondition for the reform success, and perfecting experiment teaching administration is the effective guarantee of the normal operation of teaching. Meanwhile, we must strengthen the initiative and quality of personnel in charge of laboratories, be clear about our objectives, make a reasonable planning, strengthen management and improve laboratory utilization efficiency.
