摘 要:随着三维数据可视化的不断发展,传统的体绘制方法如Ray-casting、Splatting、Shear-warp算法等已经不能满足用户在虚拟环境中对图像质量、实时性和交互性方面的要求。本研究提出了一种基于三维纹理的体数据任意面切割方法,利用计算机硬件支持的三维纹理技术和任意切面像素提取算法,构建了一种新颖的可观察医学体数据任意切面的软件仿真平台。实验证明该平台能以大于30帧/s的帧率实现体数据的交互重建和任意面的实时切割,且能得到清晰的切面图像,在医学分析、培训和临床辅助诊断方面有着广泛的应用前景。With the development of 3D data visualization, traditional methods for volume rendering, such as ray- casting, splatting and shear-warp, have not been able to meet the need of high image-quality, real time and interactivity while applied in the virtual scenes. In this paper, a method based on 3D texture was proposed for oblique-plane cutting of volume data. Using the 3D texture technique supported by the hardware in computers and pixels acquiring algorithm in the oblique plane, a novel simulated software platform medical volume data was constructed in this paper. Experimental results testified the feasibility of interactive volume data reconstruction at the speed of 30 frame/s and real-time oblique-plane cutting. And the clear clipping-plane image was obtained. The constructed platform is promising in medical analysis, training and clinical auxiliary diagnosis.
