摘　　要：硕士研究生学制改革是我国研究生教育发展的必然趋势,然而部分高校在实际操作中异化了学制改革理念并陷入了泥沼。高校应理性反思学制改革中的"回流"现象,探析现象生成的内外因素,并以此为契机务实推进研究生学制改革步入正轨,重新定位学制改革路向,促使改革切实成为一项多类主体普遍受益的服务工程。The reform of educational system for postgraduates is an inevitable trend for the development of postgraduate education. However, some universities have catabolized the kernel of reform for schooling system and stepped into difficult situation. Universities should consider the refluence which appears in the reform of schooling system seriously ,analyze the interior and exterior reasons for the phenomenon,and seek the fight way for the reform. Universities should also take such a good opportunity to advance the reform of educational system for postgraduates and spur the reform to serve more institutions and students.
