高校学生非正式群体在构建和谐校园文化中的自然性影响力

摘　　要：当前,构建和谐校园文化成为各高校提升文化软实力的重要目标。在构建和谐校园文化的过程中,学生非正式群体的自然性影响力越来越引起高校的重视。要正确认识高校学生非正式群体自然性影响力在构建和谐校园文化中的多重功能,落实有效发挥其自然性影响力功能的保障措施。At present, building a harmonious campus culture is becoming an important goal of colleges and universities in raising soft power. In the process of this, natural influence of informal students＇ groups has caused more and more attention of universities. On the basis of correct understanding the natural influence of informal college students＇ groups, the article describes multiple functions of its natural influence in the process of building harmonious campus culture and proposes three specific safeguard measures about how to effectively play its natural influence.
