网络聊天对大学生社会交往的影响

摘　　要：本文以上海交通大学在校本科生为研究样本进行了问卷调查(N=599),集中探讨大学生的网络聊天如何影响他们在现实生活中的社会交往。研究发现,网络聊天对大学生的社会交往有积极作用,它巩固和强化了大学生在现实生活中的与熟人的强联系,同时也维系和延伸了与网友的弱联系,但并没有显著拓宽他们的人际交往范围。网络交往是现实社会交往的补充和延伸,而不是替代。Based on a survey on undergraduates of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (N=599),this study focuses on the influence of online chatting towards the students' socialized activi- ties.The survey shows that the online chatting encourages youth's social interactions and it not only strengthens their ties with acquaintances,but also develops the relationship with the online friends,although the extension of their social communications has not been significantly expanded.The paper concludes that rather than a substitute,online re- lationship is the supplement and extension of the students' social communications.
