网络环境下的专升本函授大学英语教学:挑战与对策

摘　　要：《大学英语》是各专业专升本学员的一门必修公共课。目前专升本函授英语教学存在选材不适、效果不佳、教法陈旧、学员兴趣不高等问题。为了改变这种局面,文章提出了一些应对策略。首先,要进行课程教学内容和课程体系的改革,这是整个英语教学改革的重点。其次,网络环境下的教学手段要充分发挥多媒体及网络的作用,这对提高教学质量起着至关重要的作用。最后,要正确处理好协调好语言能力与交际能力的关系。College English, a key course for reeducated undergraduates, is characterized by large vocabulary, wide variety of genres, complicated textual construction and rich culturally loaded context. One of the major problems facing both teachers and learners is how to improve effectively teaching and learning process. And College English plays an essential role in the development of students＇ overall language abilities. This paper tries to put forward a comparatively comprehensive approach of realising better results of the teaching and learning of this course.
