美军自学与函授教育的特点及启示

摘　　要：美军自学与函授教育有专门的管理机构,制度落实高效;严把质量,突出为军服务;经费投入充足,技术先进,保障完善;军民结合,实施市场化和福利化;培训对象和范围广泛,形式灵活多样。借鉴美军经验改善我军的自学与函授教育必须做到:高度重视,加强开发管理;完善制度,提高质量;加大投入,改进手段,丰富形式。American military self-study and correspondence education has many characteristics： special management organization and efficient implementation system ; high quality and serving the army; sufficient funds inputting, advanced technology and perfect guarantee system; military and civilian combined, marketization and welfare -like; having widely training objects and ranges, and multiplicity forms. To refer to the experiences of U. S army to improve our army self- study and correspondence education, we must attach importance to it, strengthen management, implement the system, improve the quality, increase input, improve means and richen forms.
