摘　　要：教师的教学风格特点既受到其学识水平、思想修养、语言修养等方面的影响,同时也与其本人的性格气质类型密切相关。不同的教学风格体现出教师气质类型的差异,气质类型是教师教学风格形成的心理基础,了解性格气质特征对形成良好的教学风格有积极指导意义。The teacher＇s teaching style is not only affected by his level of knowledge, ideological cultivation and language cultivation,but also related intimately to the type of his personal temperament. Various teaching styles reflect the difference of teacher＇s personal temperaments; the type of teacher＇s personal temperaments becomes a physiological basis of their teaching style. Learning self-character will be beneficial to form a good teaching style and improve their teaching effects.
