摘　　要："生产性的人"是弗洛姆人道主义思想的关键,是指从事自由的创造性劳动的人、是精神健康的人、是健全社会结构中的人。弗洛姆的理论贡献在于:从整体上恢复了马克思劳动概念的本来面目,重申并拓展了劳动在人的自我实现与解放中的决定性作用。＂Productive Human＂ rams out to be the essence of Fromn＇s humanism thought. ＂Productive Human＂ refers to those mentally healthy people who are engaged in flexible and creative work as a unit of a soundly- structured society. His theoretical contribution lies in the fact that it,on the whole,restores the original sense of Marx＇s concept of lahor,restates and extends the decisive role of man in self- realization and emandpation.
