摘 要:为了解决通用的刀具轨迹后处理程序无法生成混联机床数控指令的问题,以混联车铣复合加工中心为模型,研究了适合混联机床结构特点的后置处理方法。利用UG/CAM软件生成被加工零件的刀位文件,再将输入控制系统的刀位文件进行后置处理,包括二次插补策略、位姿逆解、刀具半径补偿和干涉检查,最终转化为驱动轴的控制指令,从而实现对混联机床加工过程中刀具位姿的控制。曲面加工仿真表明,该方法正确、有效。In order to solve the problem that the general cutter-location post-processing system can not generate the NC instruction for hybrid machine tools, we developed a post-processing system for the structure of hybrid machine tools. Firstly, the cutter location data of part was created by using UG/ CAM software. And then the position and control for orientation data of cutter was transformed to the control instruction for the actuated axis by post-processing, which includes quadratic interpolation, the inverse kinematics equations of position and orientation, spatial tool radius compensation and interference detection. Finally, the position and orientation of the cutter in machining was realized. The computer simulation results of a 3 - D free surface machining indicated that the post-processing method is correct and efficient.
