摘  要:目的研究活体个人心电图,明确心电图检查技术用于活体个人身份识别的可能性。方法检查5500名成年活体个人心电图,了解个人心电波形特征点,观察活体个人心电图唯一性、稳定性特征。结果035500例成年活体个人心电图中,各例间无一例波形相同,都有各自的形态特点。②每个活体个人一次心动周期12个导联心电波形可有3432个特征点,12导联心电波形就是本人心电生物特征。③当不同环境季节、心率、时间、药物等因素影响时,同一活体个人心电图QRS波形仍相对稳定,基本不变。结论每个活体个人12导联心电图QRS波形态可作为本人身份识别的依据。Objective To study the possibility that electrocardiography could be tification by analyzing individuals' electrocardiograms. Methods Twelve - lead used in individuals' idensurface electrocardiograms were selected from 5500 individuals to determine individual' s characteristic points of electrocardio - waves and observe individuals' exclusive and stable characteristics. Results (1)Neither was the same ECG found between any two individuals in 5500 twelve -lead surface electrocardiograms which represent personal morphological characteristics. (2)3432 characteristic points of electrocardio -waves were shown in one cardiac cycle of the twelve - lead surface electrocardiograms of each individual, and the electrocardio - waves of twelve - lead surface electrocardiogram were each individual' s biological characteristic. (3)Under the effect of different environments, seasons, heart rates, times, and medicine, the QRS waveforms of the twelve - lead surface electrocardiogram were comparatively stable and fundamentally invariably for each individual. Conclusion The QRS waveforms of the twelve - lead surface electrocardiogram represent a characteristic of electrocardio - wave for each individual, and may be useful to evaluate individual biological behavior.
