摘　　要：本文通过对大学生思想素质建设、创新环境培养、教育模式改革、创新体系构建、教学结构和师资队伍建设等方面的深入思考,论述了在知识经济初显端倪的历史时代,如何培养大学生创新意识、创新精神和能力。Discuss how to foster college students＇ innovation consciousness, spirit and ability during the early days of knowledge and economy according to the thought of enhancing ideology qulaity, cultivating creativing, reforming teaching model, building creativituy system, constructing teaching form and teacher＇ s quality.
