摘　　要：针对普通高校体育保健班学生体育锻炼过程中出现的种种问题,文章探讨建立体育锻炼健身处方的必要性,提出其构建模式,以便保健教师更好地指导和督促学生进行体育锻炼,学生更有目的性地开展体育锻炼。Based on the various problems arising in college sport health care class, this paper discusses the necessity of establishing sport exercise health prescription and puts forward the constructing mode in order to supervise and instruct student＇ s physical exercise.
