摘　　要：本文从中国知网中筛选出195篇胜任特征主题文章,利用元分析方法,从研究方法、研究层面、研究主题、胜任特征识别工具、胜任特征模型效度验证方法、实证研究中的变量关系研究等6个角度进行分析,指出了国内胜任特征研究取得的成绩和存在的不足,并探讨了国内胜任特征研究的未来方向。This study presents findings of competency research activities in China's Mainland based on review of 195 research papers from database of China knowledge website. Data were analyzed and presented from six aspects： research methods, research field, research topic, competency identified tools, competency model validly verified means, and the relationship analysis between variables.
