摘　　要：RhoC蛋白GTP酶是Ras超家族小分子量G蛋白成员。近来许多研究表明,RhoC蛋白参与了恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。同时,RhoC蛋白的过量表达与恶性肿瘤的侵袭转移密切相关。笔者在回顾国内外RhoC蛋白研究的基础上,进一步探讨RhoC蛋白与涎腺肿瘤的关系。RhoC GTPase is a member of low molecular weight proteins belonging to the Ras superfamily. Recently many researches have demonstrated that RhoC played a role in genesis and development of malignant tumor, and overexpression of RhoC was reported to correlate with clinical cancer metastasis. Based on the studies concerning RhoC at home and abroad, we will further discuss the relation between RhoC and the tumor of salivary glands in this review.
