构建“教师教育信息中心” 发挥师范院校图书馆的教育资源优势

摘　　要：我国教师教育信息资源的建设者多为教育部或机构的教师和科研工作者,他们没有结合各高校的特色优势进行建设,也没有发挥每所高校的力量进行联合建设,所以在权威性和专指性方面有所缺失。因此,高师院校图书馆联合建设"中国教师教育信息中心"(CTEIC)对于整合我国的教师教育资源和建设具有国际先进水平的信息资源中心有着重要意义,是国内外信息资源建设规模化、专业化、权威化的必然要求,将为我国教育事业的发展提供有力的信息保障。The constructors of teachers＇ education information resources, are the teachers and researchers of the Ministry of Education or education institutes. They not only don＇t combine the characteristic advantages of universities to construct information resources, but also don＇t exert the efforts of universities, which leading to the lack of authority and expertise. The establishment of ＂China Teacher Education Information Center＂ by the library of the higher normal university is of great significance to integration of education information resources and the construction of information center with international advanced level.It is the inevitable demand of scale, specialization and authority in the construction of information resources, and will provide effective information security for the development of Chinese education,
