摘　　要：本文探讨了学生贷款制度运行中政府及市场两种机制的作用及关系。通过建立政府与银行的放贷模型,得出完全依靠政府或银行是缺乏效率的,政府与银行应该互动合作的结论。国际比较分析从实证的角度进一步验证了模型所揭示的结论。本文最后对我国政府在学生贷款制度运行中应该发挥的作用提出了一些政策建议。This paper explores the roles and relations between the government and market mechanisms in the supply of student loans. A game theory model is set and it illustrates that it＇s of low efficiency to supply the loans completely by government or market. Through this model, a conclusion that the market and government should cooperate in supplying the student loans is drawn. The international comparative analysis proves the conclusion to be reasonable. In the final part of this paper, some policies suggestions are presented.
