摘 要:以某尾矿砂为原料,试验研究了影响矿浆沉降特性的各种因素。针对絮凝剂的种类、矿浆的浓度以及不同药剂添加量对沉降速度的影响进行了絮凝沉降试验。测试了沉降上层澄清水悬浮物含量,以及沉降底层的压缩液固比。试验表明,高分子絮凝剂起到了加速颗粒沉降的目的,沉降速度随着矿浆颗粒浓度的增加而降低,随着药剂量的增大而加快。在矿浆浓度15%以下,其沉降底层的压缩液固比达50%以上。该试验结论为矿区采用高效浓密机进行尾矿浓缩具有直接的指导意义。Factors influencing the pulp settling property was investigated on the tailings of a mine.The effect of the flocculant kind,pulp concentration and agent dosage on the settling speed was studied in the flocculation settling test.The content of the suspended substance in the upper layer and the liquid-solid compression ratio of the bottom layer were measured.The test results indicate that high molecular flocculants play a role of accelerating the particle settling,and the settling rate is decreased with the increase of pulp concentration and increased with the increase of agent dosage.At a pulp concentration of below 15%,the liquid-solid compression ratio can be over 50%.This experimental conclusion is of direct guidance significance to the tailing thickening by high capacity thickeners in concentrators.
