摘 要:用微生物发酵法酶解虎杖,可以提高从虎杖中获取白藜芦醇的得率。通过对多种含糖甙键水解酶菌株的筛选,获得四株可以直接作用于虎杖的优良菌株。其中用Aspergillus niger 1分解虎杖,提取白藜芦醇,与传统醇提工艺和自酶解法相比,提取率明显提高。Through hydrolysis by enzyme from microbial fermentation, the resveratrol yield of Polygonum cuspidatum can be increased. Four excellent strains for producing enzyme to hydrolyze Polygonum cuspidatum were screened out from several strains with indican hydrolyzation activity. The experimental results showed that compared with traditional ethanol extraction and self-enzyme hydrolysis method, the resveratrol yield of Polygonum cuspidatum can be increased obviously by hydrolysis of enzyme from Aspergillus niger 1 fermentation.
