摘　　要：测定了ＣａＣｌ２水溶液、二氯乙烷作为液选剂处理菜粕的干物质损失、蛋白质损失以及菜粕皮仁分离效果等数据，结合筛分，用二氯乙烷处理可获得蛋白质含量为６０％的菜籽浓缩蛋白，收率占菜籽重量的２０％。The losses of dry matters and protein of rapeseed meal as well as the information for separating the hull and meal when the rapeseed meal was treated by the liquid solution (CaCl 2) and ethylene dichloride were determined. The results showed that the contents of concentrated rapeseed protein could reach 60% and the protein yield could amount to 20% in weight of the whole repeseed when treated by ethylene dichlorid.
