摘　　要：目的建立注射用阿奇霉素细菌内毒素检查方法。方法按2005年版《中国药典(二部)》中细菌内毒素检查法要求进行试验。结果注射用阿奇霉素(2.0mg/mL)稀释2.8倍时不干扰鲎试剂与细菌内毒素的凝胶反应。结论细菌内毒素检查法适用于检测注射用阿奇霉素中的内毒素。Objective To establish a method for testing the bacterial endotoxin in azithromycin for injection. Methods The tests were conducted according to the appendix IX E of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （edition 2005）. Results Neither inhibition nor enhancement was found in the bacterial endotoxin test after the drug （azithromycin for injection 2.0 mg/mL） was diluted to 2. 8 times. Conclusion The method of bacterial endotoxin test is suitable for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in azithromycin for injection.
