摘　　要：提出了课件制作培训的策略:理解课件制作在课堂教学中的作用,提供技术支持减轻教师负担,建立交流与学习型合作组织等,这样能增强培训的有效性,提高中小学教师的课件制作水平。The training of coursewares making is in need of the support of effective methods. This paper puts forward： to understand the helpful effect which courseware making brings to the class teaching; to provide the technical support to the most, which makes for a release of load for the teachers; to establish the co-operative organizations aiming at communications and studises in order to enhance the effectiveness of the whole training, which leads to the improvement of the level of courseware making skills of the primary and middle school teachers.
