摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,超临界流体萃取技术以其独特的优势越来越受到人们的关注。对超临界流体萃取技的发展概况、原理、应用以及未来发展做了简单介绍,并着重叙述了其在啤酒花浸膏的生产过程中的应用。With the development of technology, supercritical fluid extraction has been paid more and more attention today. This paper sketched its characteris tic and the development of application and prospect of its development in the future and talked about its application in the production of hop polyphenols.
