摘  要:目的探讨妇科护理实验教学中渗透人文关怀教育的方法及效果。方法将2004级本科护生设为对照组(96人),2005级护生为实验组(171人),对照组采用以讲授为主的传统的操作教学模式,实验组采用以人文关怀为核心的实验教学模式,比较两组教学效果。结果实验组操作技能考核成绩达标率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组69.0%~91.2%护生充分认可以人文关怀为核心的实验教学模式。结论在妇科护理实验教学中贯穿人文关怀教育不但顺应了护理学科发展的方向,充分体现了人文关怀的真正价值,而且还可极大地提高教学效果。Objective To explore the method and effect of the integration of humane care education into lab class of gynecology. Methods Ninety-six undergraduate nurse students of 2004 served as the control group and 171 nurse students of 2005 as the experimental group. In the control group, traditional approach, involving essentially one-way instruction, was used. While a new experimental teaching method which centered on humane care, was employed in the experimental group. The results of the instructions were compared. Results The test results of the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of number of students who met the skill requirements (P〈 0.01), and 69.0%-91.2% of the students in the experimental group identified with the new teaching mode. Conclusion Introducing the humane care into the teaching of operation skills required in gynecological nursing is in line with the trend of nursing care and can improve the results of teaching.
