摘　　要：数学教育类课程的改革与重构正处于探索实践中.然而,要使各项改革方案得以成功实施,急需解决的问题是:分化课程,形成科学合理的数学教师教育课程体系;正视师资队伍现状,提高教师队伍的专业水平;建立符合该课程特征的教学管理制度;建立教学保障机制.Mathematics teaching courses reiorm and practice.In order to carry out each of the courses reform plans, earnest efforts need to be taken to disintegrate teaching method eourses and form scientific and reasonable mathematics education courses system. Meanwhile, the presen state of teaching staff should be faced up to and their specialized competence should be improved. Furthermore, it is imperative to set up teaching management system that meets the characteristics of teaching courses,thereby building teaehing safeguard system.
