摘　　要：下刮板是后装压缩式垃圾车的主要工作部件,它的性能对垃圾车有着重要的影响。本文在建立下刮板的CAE模型,并分析分析其模态基础上,进一步建立了后尾填料器的刚柔耦合动力学模型,分析其动力学性能,找出其在工作时,载荷最大的位置,将这些载荷加载到原CAE模型上,分析其静力学性能。根据分析的结果,改进了模型并找出了关键部位参数对其性能的影响,为进一步优化提供了依据。The compactor board is one of the most important device of waste truck with compactor and has a notable influence on the characteristic of waste truck. The CAE model of compactor board was built and model properties was analysed to found the rigidflexible couple dynamic model. By the model, the worst working conditions was found out and it was loaded on the CAE model to analyse its static mechanical properties. The model was improved based on the results. How the parameters of influential part impacted was found out.
