摘　　要：采用包含环境因素的多部门内生经济增长模型,讨论发展中区域的环境经济问题,探讨发展中区域环境经济可持续发展的可能性及相关的最优控制策略,为分析发展中区域环境经济提供了可行的模型和方法。By using the multi-departments to live the economic growth model which contains the environmental factor, the authors have discussed the environmental economic problem of developing regions, the possibility of the sustainable development and the correlation optimal control strategy, and have provided a kind of feasible model and method to the environmental economic problem of developing regions.
