摘　　要：本文阐述了全纳教育的兴起及发展现状、普通高校开展高等全纳教育的必要性以及我校进行高等全纳教育的尝试与实践,努力探索我国高等全纳教育的基本办学模式。This paper expounds the rise and the development of inclusive education, necessity of universities in higher education developing inclusive education and the try and practice of our university in the field of inclusive education. It strives to explore the basic mode of higher inclusive education in China.
