摘　　要：以环氧丙烷与β－环糊精为原料，在氢氧化钠水溶液中合成出水溶性无定型６－羟丙基－β－环糊精，纯度９８．６％，产率７７％，产物羟基取代度为５。２５℃时在水中溶解度为５０％（质量百分数），比旋光度１１２，经江苏省防疫站检测无毒副作用。A water soluble and nontoxic amorphous 6-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was prepared with β-cyclodextrin and propylene oxide. The condensation was performed in an aquous solution of sodium hydroxide. The degree of substitution of the product was 5.0. The solubility and optation ratio at 25℃ were 50% and 112, respectively.
