摘　　要：本文从三个方面对“医学人才培养与人文素质教育”论题进行了探讨：第一，论证了人文素质是医学人才综合素质的重要组成部分；第二，分析了人文素质构成要素中人文知识与人文精神直接影响制约着医学人才的健康成长；第三，提出了加强人文素质教育是医学人才培养模式的重大改革，并着重论述了加强医学人文素质教育的对策措施。This article discusses the thesis＂ the medical personnel training and the quality of humanistic education＂ from three aspects： First, it proves that the humanistic quality is the important component of overall quality of a medical talents. Second, it analyzes the composing factor of humanistic quality-humanistic knowledge and spirit which affect the development of medical talents directly. Third, it proposes that strengthening the humanistic education is the important reform of medical personnel training pattern, and elaborated emphatically the countermeasures of strengthening medical humanistic education.
