摘　　要：对河北省农村的经济、科技发展现状以及制约农村经济发展的因素进行了分析,阐述了如何解决当前农村存在的各种问题,从而使整个农村的劳动力资源的专业结构得到更好的配置。The actuality of rural economy and science and technology development were thoroughly and systematically analyzed. Many restricting factors on rural economy development in Hebei Province were elaborated. Meanwhile, it dwelled on improving peasants integral quality and changing group consciousness through strengthening vocational and skill training on rural labor forces, which resulted in better deployment about specialty framework of rural labor force.
