摘　　要：通过对传统大学体育教学中存在问题的分析,阐明了大学体育教学改革的必要性和紧迫性,并就高校体育教学如何开展创新教育进行了探讨.体育活动是在实践中进行的,它为教学双方提供充分的观察、思维、操作、实践等表现机会,这就对高校体育教师在思想意识、知识结构及教学形式上等方面提出更高的要求.因此,我们在教学中不但要注重学生知识的增进和道德的养成,而且还要有意识地培养他们的创新精神与能力.This paper, by means of analyzing the problems existing in the traditional sports teaching, has clarifies the necessity and urgency of sports teaching reform in colleges and universities, and has also probes into the question about how to develop the policy of teaching reform. Sports activities are actually practiced, which would be observed, thought about, performed and practiced by both teachers and students. Therefore, the college sports teachers are given more requirements in ideology, knowledge structure, and teaching form. The sports teachers not only improve students in knowledge and morality,but also develop their innovation and competence.
