数字化中医胃病诊断方法研究

摘　　要：目的:探索中医诊疗信息的数字化和诊疗全过程的智能化。方法:采用粗糙集合作为数据挖掘工具,提取中医胃病诊疗信息潜在的诊断规则。结果:将所得规则在胃病的各证候诊断上进行临床验证,得到较好的结果。结论:将这种方法应用于中医诊断,有助于挖掘中医诊疗信息内在知识和规律,为中医发展的现代化提供新的理论依据。Objective. To Explore the digital information and the intelligentification of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） diagnosis and treatment. Methods. Rough set was used as data mining tool for extracting the potential diagnostic rules of TCM gastropathy. Results： The acquired rules were clinically tested in various symptoms of gastropathy, and a better result was obtained. Conclusion. It will be helpful to mine the internal knowledge and orderliness of TCM diagnosis and treatment, and be helpful to provide a new theoretical basis for the modernization of TCM if this method is applied in the diagnosis of TCM.
