摘　　要：针对中小学教师"高原平台期"教师群体专业发展的现状,应该从文化的角度审视教师专业发展的问题,重塑"高原平台期"教师的群体文化,以促进该教师群体的专业发展。This paper puts forward some related strategies for reshaping plateau-plagued teachers cultures and promoting their professional development from the current situation and teachers collective cultures in the rural areas.
