摘　　要：从不确定关系的定性了解出发,逐步深入理解海森堡不确定关系,指出导致不确定关系的根本原因,最后通过一维无限深势阱,推导出不确定关系。Based on the qualitative analysis about the uncertainty relation, the paper went deep into the Heisenberg uncertainty relation step by step. At the same time, the paper pointed out the root cause leading to the uncertainty relation. At last, the uncertainty relation was deduced by the infinite deep well in one dimension.
