摘　　要：校友是高校宝贵的社会资源，是学校发展的重要依靠力量之一。本文在分析校友资源内涵的基础上，结合国外校友资源开发的经验，提出了建立校友会组织、形成有效的管理体制、发展校友工作载体、热情服务和积极开发并举等开发高校校友资源的具体措施。Alumni resource is a precious social resource as well as an important supporting vigor to the development of colleges and universities. Based on analysing the connotation and combining other countries＂ experience in the exploitation .of alumni resource ,this paper puts forward some concrete measures to develope alumni resource,such as establshing alumni association,forming effective management system, developing sbme vehicles to develope alumni resource,combining enthusiastic service with active exploitation.
