摘　　要：本文分析了图书馆实行岗位轮换制度的重要作用,探讨在岗位轮换时应遵循的原则。This paper analyzes the importance of carrying out the rotation system of librarians in the library . The principles of rotation that should be followed are also discussed in this paper.
