摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来使知识成为一种稀缺资源,企业的核心能力来源于企业所拥有的知识。而企业核心能力的隐性知识特性,使得对隐性知识的管理成为提升企业核心能力的关键。The knowledge economy time arrival caused the knowledge to become one kind of scarce resource, enterprise＇s core ability originated the knowledge which the enterprise have. But the enterprise core ability＇s recessive knowledge characteristic causes to the recessive knowledge management into the key factor to promote enterprise core ability.
