摘  要:给出了柴油机启动发电机一体化(ISG)电机启动扭矩和最大功率这2个关键性能参数的设计方法。以曲轴系统运动学分析和倒拖试验相结合来设计启动扭矩;以驾驶循环统计分析来设计最大功率。最后以Ford Explorer SUV车型为例给出了设计参数,并使用动力系统分析工具包PSAT软件进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明:在保持车辆原有动力性的情况下,安装了ISG混合动力系统的车辆油耗在城市循环时下降了35%,在高速循环时下降了27%。Design methods of two key performance parameters, ie cranking torque of integrated starter generator (ISG) and maximal power of diesel engine were given. Combined with kinematical analysis of crankshaft system and cranking experiment, cranking torque was designed. Statistical analysis of driving cycle was used to design the maximal power. Finally, taking Ford Explorer SUV as example, the design parameters were given; power system analysis tackle (PSAT) software was used to simulate power and economic performance. Simulation results show that the fuel consumption fixed ISG hybrid power system is reduced by 35% in city driving cycle and by 27% in high speed driving cycle under the condition of keeping intrinsic vehicle drivability.
