摘　　要：实习医师临床综合能力的培养是医学教育的主要目的之一。在临床实习带教过程中,带教老师要重视对实习医师临床能力的培养,包括临床思维及基本技能的训练,提高实习医师的临床工作能力,并与住院医师规范化培训相衔接,以适应现代医学发展的实际工作的需要。It is one of the most important purposes in medical education to cultivate interns＇ clinical comprehensive ability. During the clinical practice teaching, teachers must attach importance to cultivating interns＇ clinical ability including clinical thinking and essential technical skills training, to improve their clinical operational capability, to adapt the requirement of developing the current modern medicine, and to be joined with the standardized training for the residents.
