摘　　要：德国的成人继续教育主要由职业继续教育、普通继续教育和政治继续教育三大部分组成,它是在已结束的第一生活阶段有区别地扩展职业技能之后,重新开始一个有目的、有计划的学习新阶段,通过向具有不同文化程度的人员提供合适的课程,来满足个人需求。The adult continuing education in Germany is consisted of three parts of vocational continuing education, common continuing education and political continuing education. It restarts to have a new study stage with purpose and designing in the end of the first living stage to differently expand vocational technical abilities, through which the fit courses are provided to the pcrsonnel with different cultural background to satisfy personal need.
