摘　　要：建立了疾病发生率的标准发生率且有垂直传染的SEI模型,得到正平衡点存在与否的阈值,并应用特征根法得到了平衡点局部稳定的充分条件。进一步分析得到了正平衡点全局稳定的。SEI model is constructed with standard disease incidence and vertical epidemicity,and the threshold value is obatined concerning whether the pquilibrium exists or not and concerning the sufficient condition for the equilibrium. By futther analysis,it is concluded that the equilibrum is of global stability.
