摘　　要：实施以学生为主体,教师为主导的教学原则是巩固已取得的教改成果,进一步深入进行教学改革的重要内容和举措,也是实现教学目标的重要保证。注重在实验教学过程中激发学生学习兴趣,引导学生积极思考;注重实验的综合性、设计性、研究性、开放性;强化教学资源建设是实施以学生为主体,教师为主导的教学方法的重要措施。Implementing the teaching principle based on students as key body and teacher as leading role, that is the important contents and method to consolidate the achievements on the teaching reform and to go further in the teaching reform. Also it is an important guarantee to realize the teaching object. The teaching method consists of several important parts ： to activate students＇ study interest and lead students to think actively in experimental teaching; to pay attention to experiment＇s synthetic character, designable character, researchful character and open character; to enforce the construction of teaching resource.
