摘　　要：随着社会主义和谐社会建设的发展,对教师的要求也越来越高,社会主义和谐社会中教师为创建和谐校园应该具备师德素养、知识素养、信息素养、法律素养、创新与科研素养,只有这样才能适应社会发展的需要。With the development of the social harmony in the socialist China, the demand grows for the teachers to build up a harmonious campus, furthermore, a harmonious society. Consequently, teachers should be qualified in morality, knowledge, law, creativity, and scientific competence.
