摘  要:利用生物信息学方法分析了杉木CCoAOMT蛋白的氨基酸组成、等电点、疏水/亲水区、二级结构等蛋白质性质,并同欧洲云杉、拟南芥和水稻的蛋白进行了对比,并用生物信息学软件对其空间结构进行了模拟,同时对模建结果进行了结构质量的分析与检测。结果表明:该蛋白共有255个氨基酸,等电点为5.56,二级结构中α螺旋占37.65%,β折叠片占19.61%,无规卷曲占42.75%。三维结构检测表明此模型的结构符合立体化学规则。The characters of CCoAOMT protein sucli as the constitution of amino acid, Theoretical pI, alienation/proximity water area, secondary structure in Chinese fir were analyzed by a series of bioinformafics software, and then compared with Picea abies, Arabidopsis thaliana and safiva. The three - dimensional structure of it was constructed by homology modeling, then was analyzed and validated. The results show that CCoAOMT protein of Chinese Fir has 255 amino acids, the pI is 5.56. In the structure α - lielix,β- sheet and random coil is 37.65%, 19.61% and 42.75% respectively. The validation of modeling accords with the stereocliemistry.
